The City of Marlborough, through its broker Colonial Power, periodically solicits bids for electricty supply. The rate consumers are charged for supply services makes up a portion of your electricity bill. By aggregating Marlborough's customers, we are able to secure lower rates for supply than a single cusotmer may be able to do on their own. Below is a set of documents related to Marlborough's Community Choice Power Supply Program:
- Public notice with rate information for Municipal Aggregration for May 2018 to November 2018
- November 30, 2017 notice from Colonial Power regarding a message some customers were seeing on their National Grid bill.
- Notice with rate information for Municipal Aggregation for May 2018 to November 2018
If you have questions related to your electricity bills, you may visit Colonial Power's website, or contact Colonial Power directly at 508-485-5858.
