Athletic Fields & Park Areas

• The Recreation Department reserves the right to revoke or change times and dates on any permit at any time should circumstances require it.

• No alcoholic beverages, drugs, smoking, or golf on any City Property. No profane or abusive language

• No dogs allowed on City Fields. Dogs are allowed on pathways and trails only, but must be leashed at all times

• All facilities close at dusk, unless lighted which will close at 10pm. POLICE TAKE NOTICE No trash, debris, or water bottles are to be left on site. An additional fee will be applied if the area permitted is not left clean

• Field use by permit only. No one but members of said group should be allowed use under this permit

• Vandalism/property damage will be dealt with by the Police Department. You are responsible for your group and any replacement/repair costs for damage caused by your group’s use

• No motorized vehicles of any kind are allowed on City property without written approval of Recreation Department

• No open fires or charcoal grills allowed. Gas grills must be approved, in writing, by Recreation Department and, if necessary, the Fire Department

• No music unless approved by Recreation Department and, if necessary, the Police Department.

• The Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel this and future permits to any individual/group should the group behave in a manner unacceptable to the Department and/or violate any of the rules & regulations listed here in.

• Users must leave the facility within ½ hour after the end of the permitted time.

Please Note: Violation of rules will result in suspension from field use and applicable fine. Suspensions may be appealed. Unauthorized persons may be asked to leave any facility. Field use allotted on priority basis. User fees are established by the Commission.
