28 South Bolton Street Mixed Use Project - Approved

This project was granted a Site Plan Permit - Site Plan Approval with Conditions in 2018 by the City Council per Zoning Ordinance and City Code. It has been designed to comply with the dimensional and design requirements of the Marlborough Village District without special permit relief. This mixed-use development consists of a 5-story building with 36 residential units, 2 ground floor retail units and an enclosed garage on the ground floor with 29 parking spaces.
