Service Requests

"Marlborough Works" is an effort by the City of Marlborough Public Works Department that allows you to report potholes, downed tree limbs, missed trash pickups, damaged sidewalks, and various other issues online, all from your smartphone or computer using the SeeClickFix mobile app.

Mobile App Download:

By following the appropriate link below, you can download the SeeClickFix app right to your smartphone. Once loaded, your device's GPS capabilities will automatically load "Marlborough Works" when you are using the app within the City's borders.

Report new issues or view current issues on your desktop computer via Marlborough's SeeClickFix page or report new issues by using the widget below.

How It Works...

The widget above allows you to make service requests, and well as discover existing problems that have been reported, from your desktop computer. For additional details, visit Marlborough's SeeClickFix page.

To report an issue:

  1. Make sure the Report tab is selected. Enter the address or use the map marker to navigate to the area where the issue you want to report is located on the map. Use the controls to move the map.
  2. Once you have mapped the location of your issue, click next to start step 2.
  3. Choose a service request category from the drop-down menu that matches your issue. Enter a Title (required), additional Description (optional), and attach an Image (optional).
  4. After you've completed all the fields, press submit to create a public report of your issue!

Technical Support:

City staff responds to Marlborough Works requests during regular business hours. If this report comes in on a holiday, weekend or after-hours, it will be read on the next business day. Once you have sent a report, you will receive email communication acknowledging your service request. You can continue to check on the status of the issue online. Once the work is complete or the issue has been resolved, you will be notified by email as well. For technical support with the Marlborough Works platform (web or mobile), please send an email to SeeClickFix.

Please Note: The SeeClickFix app is not to be used for emergencies. For urgent matters that require immediate attention or a police response, call 9-1-1.
