New Employee Self-Service Portal

The Marlborough Retirement Board would like to introduce you to the Employee Self-Service (ESS) Web Portal module of its Pension Pro software.

The ESS Web Portal can be securely accessed by going to www.pensiontechnologygroup.com/marlborough or from the link on the Marlborough Retirement Board website.

The ESS Web Portal module will provide current MEMBERS and RETIREES with the following features and capabilities:

Members

  • Review Demographic information, including contact and beneficiary information, deduction history and earnings and service history.
  • Generate Superannuation retirement estimates.
  • Access Change of Address and Beneficiary forms.*

*(All Contact and Beneficiary Changes must be forwarded to the Retirement Office.)

Retirees

  • Review Demographic information, including contact and beneficiary information.
  • Review monthly payroll check information.
  • Access 1099-R information.
  • Access Change of Address form.*
  • Obtain Income Verification letter.

*(All Contact and Beneficiary Changes must be forwarded to the Retirement Office.)

Members and Retirees will be able to communicate directly with Retirement Office Staff through the ESS Web Portal module.

NOTE: All Changes requiring a form MUST be submitted to the Retirement Office.
