The Mayor, together with members of the Marlborough City Council and the City Scholarship Committee, is proud to offer the following scholarship application. Financial contributions from Marlborough's taxpayers through a special, voluntary check-off system on municipal tax bills will enable the City to offer five, $1,000.00 Scholarships.
