2024 Open Air Burning Permits

Beginning Monday January 15, 2024, the Marlborough Fire Department will begin issuing burning permits for the open-air burning period of January 15 – April 30, 2024. These permits are only available online through the City of Marlborough’s Open Gov Portal. As in the past there is no charge for this permit. It is important that you obtain a permit before kindling an outside fire.
