Community Development Authority

Council on Aging
It is the mission of the Marlborough Council on Aging and Senior Center to promote healthy, successful aging and to enhance the quality of life for Marlborough's senior citizens 60 years of age and older.

Cultural Council
The Marlborough Cultural Council is led by appointed volunteers who administer an annual grant process to support local cultural programs that include everything from in-school enrichment to lectures, public art installations, and musical performances.

The function of the Commission on Disabilities is to address the needs and concerns of residents with disabilities and promote their full participation in the activities and services of Marlborough.

The Marlborough Public Library Foundation was established in 2002 to support library services and programs, and to raise funds for capital improvements to the Marlborough Public Library.

It is the Planning Board’s responsibility to ensure that every subdivision of land either meets or exceeds the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 41, Section 81 Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
