Community Development Strategy

As part of the CDBG application process, the Massachusetts Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) requires applicants to formulate a Community Development Strategy (CDS). The CDS identifies project priorities over a 3-year period.

Implementation of this strategy will shape the city's ongoing community development efforts with investment of federal, state, and local government funds, as well as private resources.
