The MCDA has two main State & Federal counterparts. The first being the Executive Office of Housing & Livable Communities (EOHLC). This is our State Counterpart for our State Programs including Elderly, Non-Elderly/Disabled Housing, Special Needs Housing, Massachusetts Rental Voucher Programs that include: Alternate Housing Voucher Program and the Department of Mental Health.

The second counterpart is the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD). This is our Federal counterpart for our Federal Program: Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) also known as "Section 8".
