Overview
This project is seeking a special permit to construct a mixed-use development on an underutilized 4.5-acre parcel in the Neighborhood Business District located at the corner of Lincoln and Mechanic Streets. The proposed project consists of 10,074 square feet of ground floor retail and commercial space, 276 dwelling units including an on-site parking garage with 448 spaces. In addition, the project would make the Assabet River Rail Trail more accessible to the community, with 22 off-street parking spaces and a restroom building to be conveyed to the City for public use.
