Mission Statement

The Site Plan Review Committee in the City of Marlborough conducts administrative reviews of projects to ensure compliance with all of the applicable codes, standards and regulations as they apply to the City of Marlborough. The review is conducted by the appropriate department's heads at regularly scheduled department meetings.
