Online Registration

Register for programs online! Kids Playing SportsYou must create an account before registration can be complete. Any questions contact the Marlborough Recreation Department at 508-624-6925.

Program Waiver

All participants must fill out a Recreation Waiver Release Form before participating in any City of Marlborough Recreation program.

Non-Residents

All non-Marlborough residents must add an additional $5 to registration fee. Please make checks payable to "The City of Marlborough". Send checks to the Marlborough Recreation Department, 239 Concord Road, Marlborough, MA 01752.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued before class starts for medical issues only. A doctors note must accompany a refund request.

School Vacations / Holidays

Check with your instructor concerning cancelation of classes.

Disabled Individuals

The Marlborough Recreation Department is committed to providing facilities and programs which meet the needs of disabled residents. All arrangements will be made on an individual basis. For more information, please contact the Recreation Department at 508-624-6925.
