The Community Program division of the Marlborough Community Development Authority has the following programs:

Community Development Block Grant Programs
Neighborhood Stabilization Program
Local Initiative Program
Oversight of 40B Affordable Housing
Critical Home Loan Repair Program
Infrastructure Improvements funded by CDBG
Community Development Strategy

The community programs operated by the MCDA are funded by proceeds from prior programs such as funds from CDBG funded mortgages and from income generated from the Neighborhood Stabilization Program.
