Resident Drop-Off Facility

Hours of Operation - Monday through Saturday - 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  

• Check or money orders are the only acceptable form of payment at this time.
• Business checks not accepted.
• Third party checks not accepted unless person to whom the check is drawn is present at time of permit issuance to verify.
• Residents who wish to obtain a permit must be present with the vehicle that they wish to have permitted, vehicle must be registered to that person. Exceptions can be made for husband and wife with the same last name and address.
