Street Division

Mission

The Street Division of the Department of Public Works is tasked with providing the traveling public a safe and efficient transportation system throughout the entire city's infrastructure of roadways.

During winter snow operations, the Street Division keeps roadways, or parts thereof, sufficiently clear of ice and snow to be reasonably safe for public travel within 24-hours of initiating a snow plowing operation.
