The City of Marlborough will hold a public hearing regarding the Renewal Cable License of Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC (formerly Comcast of Massachusetts I) ("Comcast"), Inc. on Thursday, January 8, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. at City Hall - 140 Main Street, 4th Floor - Mayor's Conference Room.

Subject to final review and consideration, it is anticipated that the City, by and through its Mayor, as Cable Television Licensing Authority, will subsequently approve a final Renewal License Agreement document and issue a Renewal License to Comcast.  The public is invited to attend, pose questions and/or comment.

The public hearing is being held pursuant to Massachusetts Cable Law (Chapter 166A, Section 13 of the General Laws) and the Massachusetts cable license renewal regulations at 207 C.M.R. 3.05, as well as 626(h) of the federal Cable Act (47 USC Section 546(h) and any other applicable laws, regulations and requirements regarding the renewal of the cable television license.
