Mayor Arthur Vigeant Announces Retirement After 30 Years in City Government

After six consecutive terms and the longest tenure of any Mayor in the City of Marlborough's history, Mayor Arthur G. Vigeant is announcing he will not seek reelection for a seventh term and will be retiring from elective office at the end of his current term.
