City Hall to Open for Appointments Only Beginning July 6, 2020

City Hall

Marlborough City hall will be opening by appointment only beginning July 6, 2020. We ask that visitors please adhere to social distancing guidelines and wear a face-covering during their visit to City Hall. To accommodate the public additional protective measures have been taken, such as plexiglass barriers in heavily populated areas, distance reminder placards, and hand sanitization stations.

To make an appointment, citizens should call the City department that they wish to visit; a full list of City of Marlborough Departments can found here. An employee from that department will meet you at the door and accompany you to the department you are scheduled to visit.

At this time, the Library, Fire Department, Police Department, DPW, Senior Center, and Housing and Community Development will remain closed. Although the Senior Center remains closed, the Veteran's office (located at the Senior Center) is open by appointment only.

If possible, we ask that the public continue to use our remote capabilities to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. The drop boxes installed outside of the Marlborough City Hall Main and rear Entrances located on 140 Main Street will remain outside. These boxes can be used to drop off any documentation you may need to bring to City Hall. Please remember that you can also pay real estate, excise, or personal property tax bills and utility bills here or by phone by calling (844) 242-2837. If you have any questions, please email or call the Office of Mayor Arthur G. Vigeant at 508-460-3770.
