Municipal Lien Certificate Information
A Municipal Lien Certificate is a certificate prepared by the City of Marlborough Tax Collector's Office which lists any and all taxes and charges which may be due on a parcel. If you wish to request a Municipal Lien Certificate you need to do so by filling out and submitting the form below along with the associated fee. Please be sure to include a self-addressed stamped envelope to be sent the certificate. Once we receive the request, a certificate will be prepared within ten (10) business days.
