In accordance with Mass General Laws Chapter 39, Section 23B, the official meeting notices are posted on the "Principal Official Bulletin Board" of the City, located in the foyer of Marlborough City Hall.

The City Council maintains an office at City Hall located at 140 Main Street. Bi-monthly meetings of the City Council are held at 8:00 pm in Council Chambers, 2nd floor, City Hall on Monday evenings. Meetings are open to the public.
