FD 130 Lizotte, LLC Multi-Family Residential Development - Approved

Overview 

FD 130 Lizotte, LLC proposes to build and operate at the Site a three-building multifamily dwelling project with a total of 187 residential units, consisting of a converted office building with 74 condominiums, two new buildings, open space areas, and residential amenities. One of the new buildings will be four stories with 50 units, with parking spaces in a below-grade garage floor. The other will be five stories with 63 units and a below-grade garage. The units will be one- and two-bedroom, with about equal numbers of each. About 1 in 8 units will be offered to buyers whose income does not exceed 80 percent of the area’s median income. Those units will be distributed proportionately among the three buildings, with 12 percent of units in each being designated “affordable.”

Each building, or one or more of the buildings together, may be organized as its own condominium and constructed in phases at different times. The Site is located in the Limited Industrial District and the Lizotte Drive Overlay District.
