194-27   AUTHORITY

        A.      The Federal Safe Drinking Water Act of 1974, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Drinking Water Regulations of Massachusetts, Section 22, Cross Connections, 310 CMR 22.22, protection of sources of water from unapproved sources or any other substances from entering the public potable water system.

        B.      Marlborough Department of Public Works, Rules and Regulations, adopted March 26, 1991.
