194-20  Violations and penalties.

        Whenever any provision of this chapter is violated, the water shall be shut off and shall not be turned on again, except on the payment of ten dollars ($10.) and all chargeable rates.  The Commissioner of Public Works may declare any payment made for the water by the persons committing a violation to be forfeited and the same shall there upon be forfeited.
