194-15 Maintenance and repair of service lines.
A. Any maintenance, repair or replacement of a service line shall be the responsibility of the property owner. The Department Will, at the request of the owner of a single-family home, and at no cost to him, repair minor leaks in accordance with the conditions of s. 194-18
B. Major repairs or relays, whether deemed necessary or requested, shall be the responsibility of the property owner.
C. Maintenance and repair of all service pipes, other than those serving single-familt homes as described above, shall be the responsibility of the property owner. The Department will only make emergency repairs that it deems necessary at the time and the property owner billed accordingly.
