SECTION 161-20 COMMISSIONER OF PUBLIC WORKS SHALL MAKE REGULATIONS AND IMPOSE FINES FOR VIOLATIONS
The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to make sewer use regulations consistent with this ordinance and in accordance with the State and Federal Statutes and the rules and regulations of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Environmental Quality Engineering - Water Pollution Control Division.
The Commissioner of Public Works is hereby authorized to establish and enforce Civil Penalties and Fines, in accordance with Section 161-12 of this Ordinance.
