The We Care Environmental Facility co-composts the city's solid waste and wastewater treatment plant residues at its co-composting facility located at 856 Boston Post Road East. An Odor Hot Line has been established for residents to report the detection of odors in order for We Care to respond and address them. If you detect odors that are suspected to originate from the We Care Environmental Facility please call the Hot Line at 508-630-9919. The call will be answered We Care Environmental. Please give the nature of the odor and the
location. A respresentative of We Care wil call back for further investigation.
