Library mission
The mission of the Marlborough Public Library is to create a community meeting house where citizens of all ages are free to gather and pursue common educational, cultural and recreational interests.
Fall Hours
Beginning September 11, the library will be open on Saturdays from 9:00AM to 5:00PM and on Sundays from 1:00-5:00pm.
Book and Bake Sale:
Saturday, September 25 from 9:00AM to 4:00PM the Friends of the Marlborough Public Library will host a book and bake sale in the Bigelow Auditorium. Come pick up some bargain books, CDs, or videos, as well as some yummy baked goods, all while you support your library and its many programs!

350th Anniversary Commemorative Book
In honor of the 350th Anniversary of the founding of Marlborough, the Marlborough Public Library's Board of Trustees has published its collection of watercolor paintings of Marlborough's historic homes. The book, Old Homesteads of Marlborough, is available for purchase at the front desk of the library and throughout the city at 350th celebrations. Costing $15, all proceeds of the book will benefit the Marlborough Public Library Foundation.
