The Mayor’s Office is now accepting nominations for the City’s Humanitarian of the Year Award. The award is given once every two years to a person in our community who has given his or her time, talents and efforts in order to better the community and its citizens. This year’s award will be presented as part of the festivities at the upcoming Mayor’s Charity Ball on March 20, 2010.
Nomination letters should be mailed to Mayor Nancy Stevens at City Hall, 140 Main St. Marlborough, MA 01752. Nominations may also be submitted via e-mail to Krista Holmi at kholmi@marlborough-ma.gov.
The deadline for nominations is March 1, 2010.
