 Pre-requisite: Minimum age of 15, and MUST swim 300 yards continuously, using these strokes in the following order: 100 yards of front crawl using rhythmic breathing and
a stabilizing, propellant kick; 100 yards of breaststroke using a pull, breathe, kick and glide sequence, 100 yards of front crawl or breaststroke or a combination of both. As well as a 40 yard timed swim and retrieval of 10 pound brick Upon successful completion of the course participants will be certified in Lifeguard Training , First Aid, C.P.R. & AED for the professional.
