ADULT FITNESS BOOT CAMP
Are you interested in getting fit, toning your body and having fun? Then Fitness Boot Camp is for you. Boot Camp is an outdoor class that mixes traditional, callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training. This class promotes fat loss, camaraderie and team effort. You will be pushed further than you would normally push yourself in the gym alone. This program is designed for all levels of fitness experience. Classes are primarily held outside during the warm months. Be prepared to get toned and have fun.
Bring an exercise mat and plenty of water.
Group 1: Mon/Wed/Fri 5:30am-6:30am
Dates: May 14th-June 29th Fee: $170.00
Group 2: Mon/Wed 9:20am-10:20am
Dates: May 14th-June 27th Fee: $130.00

Group 4: Saturdays 7:30am-8:30am
Dates: May 19th - June 30th Fee: $70.00

*Clients that enroll in either of the week day groups may attend the Saturday group for an additional $5.00 per class or $40.00 for the eight weeks session.
**Late sign-ups may pay $10 per class or if you join the class late it will be pro-rated**

To register please fill out Registration Form and Participation Release Form below and send it or drop it off at the Marlborough Recreation Department 239 Concord Road, Marlborough, Ma. Please make checks payable to the "City of Marlborough". You may also register on the first day of classes.

About the Instructor…
Gabrielle is a Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Spin Instructor and Massage Therapist. She is very excited to share her love for fitness with others, while motivating and helping them to reach their individual goals. Her passion for fitness makes for a fun, interesting and intense exercise experience.
