 Grab a stick and get ready to play some hockey. This program will focus more on games and scrimmages while teaching the students about proper
stick handling, passing and shooting. Each day there will be a simulated hockey game with 3 periods each switching positions allowing the students a better idea of what positions they really love! At the end of the program, the participants will each receive a F.A.S.T. Athletics water bottle that they can use intheir own hockey games!
