194-9 Annual reports
The Commissioner of Public Works shall annually, in July, present to the City Council a report of the condition of the waterworks and other property connected therewith, with an account of receipts and expenditures and a schedule of property in hand, together with any information or suggestions which they deem important. The report of the Water Registrar shall accompany this report.
