The Marlborough Public Library offers passes to area museums to holders of a valid C/W MARS library card. Every year, hundreds of families and individuals take advantage of these passes. The passes enable families to visit area museums free of charge or at a heavily discounted rate and encourage adults and children to learn together. The library's museum pass program follows the policies listed below.
- Only library patrons 18 years or older are able to reserve and check out museum passes.
- Patrons may only use one museum pass per day and book no more than four passes in a month.
- Passes are not available for pick-up before 9:30 am.
- To avoid fees, passes must be returned before the next day’s opening hour.
- A $5.00 per day fee is assessed for all passes returned late.
- A fee of $5.00 is assessed to patrons who reserve a pass and fail to pick it up.
- A $10.00 charge will be assessed to patrons for all lost museum passes.
Please note that you will not be able to pick up a museum pass when the library is closed. Please schedule your pass pick up time accordingly. If you are unsure of the library's closing schedule, call 508-624-6900 for more information.
Reserving a Museum Pass online:
To reserve a museum pass online, patrons will need a valid C/W Mars library card with an established PIN. To create a PIN for your library card, please click on the following link.
