PROGRAM
 		DESCRIPTION
First Time Homebuyer Assistance Your first home just became more affordable .

A program offered by the City of Marlborough Community Development Department may be able to help you afford to buy your own home. The program, called the Soft Second Loan Program, can help you qualify for a mortgage, and help with mortgage payments.
Neighborhood Improvement Program The Marlborough Neighborhood Improvement Program offers housing rehabilitation loans for this community. This program is funded through the federal Community Development Block Grant program. Marlborough is currently funded through a special Mini-Entitlement Program.
Affordable Housing The City of Marlborough has a variety of affordable units for sale and rent. Units become available at different times.
