Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 26, 2006 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

Proposal:  To construct a covered breezeway - The side line requirements for lots established before Jan. 1969 is a minimum required  10 ft. vs. the 6 ft. proposed once the existing house is connected to the existing garage with the proposed covered breezeway.  This is a violation of Chapter 200-41(2), Table of lots, area, yards  and height of structures.  The property is located in Zoning District A-1, being Map 20, Parcel 48 of the Assessor's Maps, also known as 137 Naugler Ave.

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on September 26, 2006 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:30 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

Mason Greene, LLC

The applicant is seeking a variance for an existing frontage of 38 ± ft. vs. the 50 ft. minimum required for Zoning District Business (Chapter 200-41 of the Ordinance). The office buildings were constructed in 1987 and because of the limited width of the property, it is not possible to comply with the frontage requirement, and the petitioner does not own any abutting property from which additional frontage can be taken. The property in question is located at 202A East Main St. being Map 58, Parcel 21 of the Assessors' Maps.
