Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on July 19, 2005 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00  P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes to construct a front porch (entrance bump out) which will be 16 ft. vs. the minimum required 20 ft. front setback  for Zoning District A3.  The property in question is located at 157 Cullinane Dr.  Also known as Map 6 Parcel 103 of the Zoning Assessor's Maps.
