Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on November 30, 2004 in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St. Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor, Marlborough, MA at 7:00  P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows

Harold D. Smith

The applicant desires to construct an addition between the exisitng home and the existing garage.  The two story addition, on this corner lot, will create a seven foot (7') side setback on one side and a three foot (3') side setback on the other side vs. the minimum required 10 ft. side setback for Zoning District Residence B.  This will be in violation of Chapter 200-41 of the Zoning Ordiance.  Said lot is located at 71 Church St. also known as Map 70, Parcel 338 of the Zoning Assessor's Maps.
