Yoga for a Stronger Core

Days: Tuesdays
Time: 9:15AM to 10:15AM
Location: Jericho building Brigham st.
Cost: $66.00 6 classes        
Start date: September 27th
Course duration: 6 weeks




The benefits of building a strong core through Yoga

Course outline:
The class will combine Yoga postures with specific exercises to strengthen the core. We will focus on strengthening the abdominal and back muscles utilizing ones on body weight along with increasing overall flexibility

Participants are asked to bring a yoga mat

Ages 16+

Instructor Ellen Elsasser is certified by the American Council on Exerciseand Fitness resources. She has worked as a personal trainer, group exercise and Yoga instructor and Fitness director for over 15 years.
