Course outline: HIIT Will begin with a warm up followed by timed intervals of high intensity body conditioning drills such as Jumping jacks, pushups, squat jumps, and planks followed by brief timed rests. Each class will offer a new routine designed to challenge the body and blast calories and fat!
Participants are asked to bring a Yoga or exercise mat.
Instructor Ellen Elsasser is certified by the American Council on Exercise
and Fitness resources. She has worked as a personal trainer, group exercise and Yoga instructor and Fitness director for over 15 years.
