These classes introduce asana (poses), universal alignment principles, breathing techniques, philosophy and history. Classes have a heart centered theme and focus on standing poses, forward bends, backbends, inversions and twists. This beautiful style of yoga mingles the pulse and flow of breath with movement. It fosters an approach that highlights the beauty in us all. Classes contain a combination of postures that work to enhance the over all strength and flexibility of each student.
