Introduction to Meditation with Mary Sullivan
Tuesdays 6:15 - 7:15 pm
Winter: January 15, 22, 2, Feb. 5, 12, 19, 26, March 4 8 classes,
Spring: March 18, 25, April 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 7 classes,
Stretch Meditate and Breathe classes will introduce a number of different
techniques to connect to the breath, relax the body and focus the mind. Breath Meditation, Focus Meditation and Guided Meditation will all be part of the journey. Meditation is the simple art of learning to focus our attention on one thing.
