leadership & responsibility, respect for others, conflict resolution, communication skills, coordination & concentration, and non - aggressive behavior. Classes will take place on Wednesdays at Kane School.

Orange Belts 6:45 - 7:25
Blue Belts & Above (Adults are also welcome) 7:10 - 8:10**
A uniform (Gi/Dobok) is suggested for motivation and freedom of movement, available for $25.00 at your class.
**This additional class is meant to reach out to higher ranked students, who are excited about martial arts and committed to work hard toward achieving a black belt.
Based on the traditional Korean martial art, Soo Bahk Do’s foundation is respect for all life. Sharing this extraordinary and knowledge skill will be Master Instructor Amaral.
The monthly fee for this specialized class is $65.
