SECTION 161-3   CONDITIONAL USE OF PRIVATE SYSTEM BY ORD. NO. 85-144A

        Where a public sanitary sewer is not available under the provision of S. 161-2, the building sewer shall be connected to a private sewage disposal system complying with the requirements of the Board of Health and applicable state statutes.
