2.      Presentation of City Scholarships by the Scholarship Committee.
3.      PUBLIC HEARING:  Ma Electric/Verizon, joint pole location Clover Hill St.
4.      PUBLIC HEARING:         Ma Electric/Verizon, to install one new pole, Solomon Pond Rd.
5.      PUBLIC HEARING: Ma Electric, to install new conduit, Valley Street.
6.      PUBLIC HEARING:         On the application for a Special permit, from Atty. Aldo Cipriano for Robert Valchuis, Trustee of Lauren Elizabeth Realty Trust, to construct a 10 unit multi-family condominium
        for over 55 year old residents, at 714 Farm Road.
7.      Communications from Mayor re: transfer of $200,000 for water infrastructure improvements for Robin Hill Rd.
8.      Communication from Mayor re: transfer of $210,000 from Stabilization Acct. to Stabilization-Affordable Housing Acct.
9.      Communication from Mayor re: transfer of $10,000 from Stabilization Acct. to Stabilization-Inspectional Services Acct.
10.     Communication from Mayor re: transfer of $7,820.79 from Assistant DPW Commissioner Acct. to Cemetery Division Acct. and Street-Longevity Acct.
11.     Communication from Mayor re: transfer of $10,500 on behalf of the DPW to cover cost associated with water main break on Donald Lynch Blvd.
12.     Communication from Mayor re: transfer $40,000, which will provide funding for preparation of two emergency action plans.
13.     Communication from Mayor re: transfer $71,033.74, to fund Department of Public Works Laborer contract.
14.     Communication from Mayor re: transfer $22,720.94 to fund the recently ratified Department of Public Works Foreman contract.
15.     Communication from Mayor re: Acts of 1986, Chapter 73, Section 4, doubling all exemptions to qualified residents.
16.     Communication from Mayor re: the sole bid to the City’s RFP for 91 Main St. (old fire/police station).
17.     Fuel Storage Permit application, Juniper Farms/Bolton Oil Inc. for up to 80,000 gals fuel in aboveground tank at 888 Pleasant St.
18.     Application for renewal of Junk Dealer’s License, Richard Roach d/b/a Hudmar.
