19.     ORDER NO. 06100-1203-9 re: FY07 Capital Bond #9- Cemetery Roads & Paths; Recommendation of Committee to DENY 06100-1203-9 Capital Bond for cemetery roads and  Paths and approve use of two existing cemetery bonds ($4,771 in FY99 and $30,443 in FY02) for paving the Evergreen and Maplewood Cemeteries Recommendation of Committee to APPROVE 5-0.
20.     ORDER NO. 06100-1249 re: Supplemental Budget for Computer Hardware/Software. Recommendation of Committee – not to support 10 year bonding for computer hardware/software items; FY08 budget should consider adding capital line items for computer hardware-software similar to how police cruisers are  budgeted ; does not support the $30,000 request for cemetery software. VOTE: 5-0, request Mayor submit a computer hardware five year capital bond in amount of $354,000 for 8-28-06 meeting; VOTE 5-0 to request Mayor submit two sources of funding for the Computer Software items (Student Information Software for $75,000 and Police Software for $166,000) in the amount of $241,000 – first source of funding will consist of Department transfer from City/School line items not being expended. The balance will be in the amount of a five year capital bond for computer software and that these new bonds would require advertising.
