Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on January 24, 2006 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant proposes to construct a 6 ft. x 13 ft. front porch to his home.  The minimum front yard setback for Zoning District A2 is 30 ft. vs. the proposed 26 ft.  The property is located on Map 66, Parcel 166 of the Zoning Assessor's Map.  Also known as 35 Whitney Way.
