REPORTS OF COMMITTEES:
14A. ORDERED: That the Open Space Committee and the Conservation Commissioner work together to prioritize a list of open space parcels in Marlborough that they would like to purchase in the event they become available………submitted by Councilors Katz, Webster, Clancy.
14B. ORDERED: That the City Council of the City of Marlborough hereby accepts the provisions of MGL C.59 §5, clause 54th, Exemption of Personal Property subject to taxation with a minimum value of $5,000.00 or less. Submitted by Councilors Towle and Vigeant.
14C. ORDERED: That members of the City's finance team including the Comptroller, Auditor and Collector take immediate steps to recoup uncollected funds from wireless communications companies with sites in Marlborough requiring donations to the open space fund and report back to the City Council at its regular meeting of April 25, 2005 on the amounts collected/uncollected and the process established to ensure that these funds are collected in the future on a yearly basis, as outlined in the special permits………submitted by Councilor Pope, Vigeant and Ferro.
