Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on February 22, 2005 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  Memorial Hall, 3rd Floor Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking a variance in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

The applicant desires to construct a 24' x 24' attached garage with living quarters upstairs.  Said addition, at its closest point, will have a side setback of 5 ft. vs. the minimum 15 ft. required for Zoning District A2.  This is a violation of Chapter 200-41, Table of lot area, yards and height of structures.  The property is located on Map 94, Parcel 55 of the Zoning Assessors' Map.  Also known as 10 Woodridge Rd.

The applicant desires to construct an addition which will create the following deviations in accordance to Zoning District A-3, Chapter 200, Section 4(2) Tables of lots, area, yards and heights of structures:
1.   Proposing 2'4" from the side lot line vs. the minimum required 10'
2.   Proposing 8'3" for front yard setback vs. the minimum required 20'
