The present fee structure charges a multiple family dwelling $10,000 plus $500/unit. The following language will create distinct categories for two and three family dwellings only: Sewer: Entrance, service pipes, residential three family $9000 - Sewer: Entrance, service pipes, residential two family $6000…….submitted by Councilor Clancy.
